WEIGHT LOSS CONSULTATIONS
In this session we will listen to your concerns and goals regarding your weight, get an overview of your typical diet and physical activity levels and any experience that you have had in the past with losing weight. What worked and what didn't work for you.
The vital signs of your fitness such as BMI, Body Fat and Muscle percentage and body age will also be measured.
At the end advice will be provided for steps that you can take to gain your optimal weight while maintaining your optimal health.
If it suits, you might be also offered a holistic program which entails a comprehensive combination of nutrition, moderate physical activity, coaching , mindset and habit building.
